The Project

Reports are not paperwork.
They are decision instruments for executives.

In this internship, you will help redesign how assessment results and compliance data are converted into clear, structured, and insightful management reports, moving from static templates toward an intelligent, flexible system that:

  • Translates complex findings into understandable narratives

  • Highlights priorities, threats, and risk exposure for decision-makers

  • Generate and render management summaries, KPIs, KRIs using local NLP and AI models

  • Produces professional, board-ready reports automatically

  • Improves speed, consistency, and delivery quality

  • Preserves full confidentiality and data protection

Your work will directly influence how consultants and clients interact with strategic findings in the future.

What You Will Do

You will collaborate closely with senior specialists to:

  • Analyze the current reporting workflow and architecture built on Python

  • Design a smarter and more flexible reporting architecture (hybrid markdown, NLP reporting pipeline).

  • Build automation that converts structured data into executive insights

  • Integrate local NLP models to generate automated summaries and narrative insights

  • Create visual summaries, KPIs, KRIs, Tables and management-level dashboards

  • Shape how reports are delivered in final formats for leadership teams

  • Document the solution so it can scale internally

  • Automate report rendering to DOCX, XLSX, and PDF formats
