To help learners and decision-makers choose the right development path, we are building a new flagship experience for our Academy: an interactive roadmap that guides users from first steps to executive mastery.

The Project

Choosing the right training is a strategic decision.

In this internship, you will design and implement an interactive roadmap for our Academy website that:

  • Helps leaders and professionals identify the right learning path

  • Matches roles, experience levels, and ambitions to training programs

  • Visualizes progression from foundation to executive level

  • Makes complex education portfolios intuitive and premium

  • Becomes a central entry point for future learners

Your work will be highly visible and directly used by customers.

What You Will Do

You will:

  • Co-create the roadmap concept with Academy leadership

  • Design user journeys and recommendation logic

  • Translate strategy into interactive website flows

  • Build engaging visual experiences

  • Test and refine usability

  • Deliver a production-ready feature for public release

Who We’re Looking For

You are:

  • Curious about digital experience and education platforms

  • Interested in strategy, user journeys, and decision design

  • Comfortable working independently

  • Structured and outcome-driven

  • Motivated by building something public and impactful

  • Able to communicate clearly in English

Skills & Profile We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  • Strong interest in digital products, education platforms, or interactive web experiences

  • Ability to translate complex offerings into simple user journeys

  • Structured and analytical thinking

  • Basic understanding of how websites or web platforms work

  • Experience with prototyping tools or wireframes (e.g., Figma or similar)

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership

  • Clear written and verbal communication in English

Nice-to-Have

  • UX / service design exposure

  • Interest in cybersecurity, regulation, or professional education

  • Experience with interactive storytelling or visual journeys

  • Frontend basics (HTML / CSS / JS or similar)

  • Data-driven mindset (conversion funnels, user testing, analytics)

  • Branding or content design experience
