Behind our services sits a complex operational machine: sales pipelines, marketing flows, recruitment processes, training operations, and delivery management.
We are now industrializing these processes using Odoo—and we are looking for a student to help shape this transformation.

The Project

Operations scale—or they break.

In this internship, you will help design and implement structured business processes inside Odoo that:

  • Enable clear CRM pipelines and sales visibility

  • Automate marketing and lead nurturing flows

  • Professionalize HR and recruitment processes

  • Support training operations and delivery

  • Create management dashboards for leadership

  • Reduce manual work across the organization

Your work will directly influence how the company runs day to day.

What You Will Do

You will:

  • Map real business processes with teams

  • Configure and structure CRM pipelines

  • Design marketing and HR workflows

  • Support automation and reporting

  • Help define data models and dashboards

  • Document processes so they scale

This is a transformation project, not a sandbox.

You are:

  • Interested in business systems and digital operations

  • Comfortable analyzing workflows and improving them

  • Structured, pragmatic, and proactive

  • Curious about automation and process design

  • Able to work independently

  • Confident communicating in English

Skills & Profile We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  • Interest in business systems, ERP, or digital operations
  • Ability to analyze processes and translate them into structured workflows
  • Structured, pragmatic mindset with strong ownership
  • Basic understanding of CRM, marketing funnels, or HR processes
  • Comfortable working independently in a professional environment
  • First exposure to Odoo or another ERP / CRM system
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English

Nice-to-Have

  • Process modeling or business analysis experience
  • Automation mindset (workflows, integrations, dashboards)
  • Data and reporting interest
  • Consulting or operations project experience
  • Interest in scaling organizations
